Accomplishments. They can be deceiving. Why? Because it’s tempting to believe our accomplishments are by our own doing. While I understand that to achieve something we have to choose to put forth the necessary effort, in the end, who really gave us the opportunity to choose and the ability to perform the efforts needed? Not me. It was all from God. Everything and everyone that exists and dwells on this earth belongs to Him because He made every little speck. This is a fact that is not dependent on whether me or anyone else believes it, but how much more are we blessed when we break away from the deception that our efforts are our own and choose to give credit where credit is due!
