Have you ever really considered this story of Jesus and just thought it seems a little farfetched to be true? How foolish is it to even think that such a lowly man could have so much power? If He was deity, why would He lower Himself to this menial existence?

Even after recalling what they had done to receive grace for eternal life, Paul still calls it the gift of God. How can eternal life still be called a gift if something has to be done to receive it?
